If I could give her fewer stars i would. Here is how my encounter with Lori went.
I had a glass claim. Called and reported it. They opened a claim and that was the extent of their services. After they told me I hadn't been a client of theirs long enough to have a claim. Weird, because I thought i had coverage as soon as my deductible was paid and policy went active. Not the case with State Farm.
Now 2 or 3 months later I paid for the windows out of my pocket. The shop who did the repairs submitted their invoice to insurance. State Farm claimed for 5 or 6 weeks the repair shop didn't send them the invoice. I have email confirmation they sent it weekly. After weeks this incompetent insurance agent asked if I could send it to her. I got the shop to email me one since the insurance agent claimed sending it through email was my only way even though she was informed I don't have a computer and scanner. I got it sent to me and forwarded to her instantly. No reply from her for weeks. Finally got a reply to my email that I hadn't sent it so I sent it again
I sent her a nasty email the other day after stating g a report to the AG i want her unable to steal from others in Oregon.
Now she called this morning saying she finally put the check for reimbursing me above my deductible amount in the mail. She still refuses to cancel my life insurance policy but I filled out the docusign documents she's too incapable of reading or opening.
I'm done with State Farm forever since they only hire incompetent idiots. I couldn't imagine them making me sign and email them documents after I die to get my beneficiaries paid. Luckily I'm smart and paid for this awful insurance with a credit card that has been shut off. Now the can't steal from me.
Dont fall pey to their fraud. They sell insurance but won't honor the policy
