Very friendly and relatable. I know we all have our days where we struggle but it was so nice to laugh, have a REAL conversation all the while helping me get insurance. I’m a people person and just the moments of kindness she showed me really made my day.

I have been with State Farm for as long as I can remember. And the highlight of my experience at this particular agency is Account Manager Lori Saunders! Lori is proactive, giving me ideas on how to enhance coverage and where to spend and not spend money to get the best coverage at a reasonable price. I've gotten great discounts because all my coverages are through State Farm. And over the years on a couple of occasions I did have to make a claim, and Lori helped me with the process to make it simple. I probably reach out to her 3 or 4 times a year with some question to better understand my coverage or make changes, and she is always very quick with a complete response. State Farm and this agency are great, and if Lori ever leaves for a different State Farm agency, my business goes with her!
